This site is an independent publication I launched in June 2026. I decided to launch this site to document my personal experiences and lessons learned implementing, configuring and using Adobe Experience Platform and Applications to drive value during my career.
About Me
I am a results-oriented leader, who relentlessly pursues value-driven outcomes from the strategic and technical implementation of Cloud-Based Experience Platforms. My specific focus is on using real-time customer data platforms to enable and unlock experiences that drive incremental customer engagement for businesses. Orchestrating customers through journeys optimally and with intention, along with post-journey analytics are other passions of mine.
My expertise in Experience Platform Architecture and Implementations, Digital Marketing Strategy, and Omni-Channel Marketing Orchestration, allow me to identify, demonstrate and evangelize technical best-practices that drive delivery excellence on the projects we work on within Merkle. My responsibilities include guiding Fortune 500 clients through the intricacies of Adobe Experience Platform implementations.
With 25+ years of experience working within the Marketing Technology space, I strive to understand business objectives and align them with technical capabilities of the platforms, ensuring both technical and business stakeholders’ needs are considered as the north-star.
